Pole Dance Series Classes
Take your pole dancing to the next level. The series meets once a week for 4, 8 and 12 weeks. The pole dance class series is progressive - you will learn hot new moves each week! You will build your skills from sensual body movement to pole poses and spins. You will also learn how to combine your moves into one sexy flow. Perfect for beginner and intermediate pole dancers.

Intro to Pole Dance
Are you curious to see why women all over the world are trying pole dancing? Have you always wanted to try it without the strip club atmosphere? Well then, this class is for you! It's an introduction to pole dancing. No experience is necessary and it doesn't matter if you haven't exercised in years...just come try it out! Our Intro To Pole class will teach you the basics of pole dancing. In between a warm up and cool down, you will learn proper foot and hand placement, the pole walk, spins around the pole such as the classic fireman and pole poses.
You'll be surprised to see that the other women in the class are JUST LIKE YOU! No need to feel uncomfortable or like you won't fit in. Pole dancing is fun! It strengthens your body, mind, and spirit.
Beginning Pole Dance
Beginner Pole Dance teaches the fundamentals of pole dance -- floor work and basic spins, pirouettes and climbs, as well as proper technique for pole spins, and upper body and core strengthening exercises. The classes are progressive, so you will learn basic transition dance moves, floor work and pole spins and build each week with more difficulty.
Intermediate/Advanced Pole Dance
Intermediate Pole Dance builds upon the basic spins learned in Beginning Pole Dance and uses the transitions learned to develop a smooth, flowing dance. You will learn all the intermediate to advanced pole tricks, including inversions, combination spins, and routines.More strength conditioning exercises are added to further enhance muscle strength and confidence on the pole.
This class continues to get into more advance moves like going sideways! The class also incorporates free dance so you will learn how to transition effectively from floor to pole, wall or just dancing alone.
Sexy Cardio
Aerobic exercise that gets the heart pumping while embracing your sexual and sensual sides. While learning new sexy moves receive a full body workout. You will be rolling it, dropping it, and rocking it throughout this sexy cardio class.
Pole Conditioning/Flexibility
Revoluntionary new pole class that improves overall range of motion that builds core strength and adds flexibility to hold poses longer and with more ease. There will be a guarantee feeling of more flexibility with just one class.
Intermediate/Advanced Tricks
Come learn new and exciting techniques and moves. This class is great for people who have already taken the Intro and Beginner pole classes.
Pole Play
If you're looking for extra time to improve on and master your pole dancing skills, then take advantage of this unstructured practice session. Please note that the instructor will not teach during Pole Play.
Brazilian Samba
Join the Brazilian Carnaval and let the pulsating rhythms move your body! Work the "BUNDA" also known as the booty, in this energetic non-stop cardio pumping class. This is a full body workout, incorporating sexy hand and arm movements, with ultra sensual, hypnotic lower torso moves. You may want to bring a towel, you will definitely work up a sweat.
